The Tarsal: 

The tarsal is made up of seven tarsal bones arranged in two rows .In the proximal row there is the talus above, and the calcareous below.

Total Tarsal bones : 7×2 = 14

The Metatarsal : 

 Metatarsal  is made up of 5 metatarsal bones, which are numbered from medial to lateral side.

Each metatarsal is a miniature long bone.

Metatarsal bones : 5×2 =10

The Phalanges : 

There are 14 Phalanges in each foot, 2 for the great toe and 3 for each of the other toes.

Phalanges bones : 14X2 = 28
