Dengue IgG & IgM (ICT method)
দেহে Dengue virus এর উপস্থিতি নির্ণয়ের জন্য এই test করা হয়।
Reagent: Dengue IgG & IgM test strip
Origin Method : Standard diagnostic, Korea. : Immunochromatography
Sample : Serum or plasma.
Test procedure(পরীক্ষা পদ্ধতি):
>> একটি disposable plastic test tube এ reagent এর সাথে সরবরাহকৃত assay buffer এর বোতল থেকে 4 drops (140µl) assay buffer নিতে হবে।
>> Reagent এর সাথে সরবরাহকৃত disposable specimen loop এর সাহায্যে one loop (1µl) serum বা plasma test tube এ দিয়ে, test tube এর assay buffer এর সাথে mix করতে হবে।
>> একটি test strip নিয়ে সতর্কতার সহিত assay buffer sample মিশ্রিত test tube এ দিতে হবে। খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যেন tube এর fluid (sample + buffer) strip এর maximum line অতিক্রম না করে।
>> 15 থেকে 30 মিনিটের মধ্যে ফলাফল নির্ণয় করতে হবে।
Result (ফলাফল):
Negative: Strip এর মাঝখানের উপরের অংশে শুধু control band দেখা গেলে (one band) result negative.
Positive IgG & IgM: Strip এর মাঝখানে control band এবং control band ছাড়াও আরও দুইটি band দেখা গেলে dengue IgG & IgM positive.
Positive IgG: Strip এর মাঝখানে control band এবং control band এর একটু নিচে একটি band দেখা গেলে dengue IgG positive.
Positive IgM: Strip এর মাঝখানে control band এবং control band এর সাথে নিচে একটি band দেখা গেলে dengue IgM positive.
Invalid result: নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর যদি strip এ control band না আসে তাহলে result invalid, তখন test টি পুনরায় নতুন strip দিয়ে করতে হবে।
