The radius is the Lateral bone of the forearm .It has two ends and one shaft.

Two ends :

1) upper end

2) Lower end

Upper end has :

1) Head of the radius

2) Neck

3)Tuberosity

Shaft :  

It has three borders  and three surfaces.

Three Borders : 

1) Anteriore border

2) Posterior border

3) Medial border

Three Surface :  

1) Anterior surface

2) Posterior surface

3) Lateral surface

Lower end :        

1) styloid Process

2) Articular  process of theCarpal 

3) Articular process of the Alna.

Lower end has five Surface :

1) Anterior surface

2) Posterior surface

3) Medial surface

4) Lateral surface

5) Inferior surface

The ulna :

The ulna is the medial bone of the fore-arem. It has two ends and one shaft.

Two ends : 

1) Upper end

2) Lower end

Upper end has :

1) Olecranon process

2) Coronoid Process

3) Trochlear notch

4) Radial notch

Shaft :  

It has three borders and three surfaces. 

Three borders :    

1) Anterior border

2) Posterior border

3) Interosseous or Lateral border

Three Surface :    

1) Anterior surface

2) Posterior surface

3) Medial Surface

Lower end :          

1) Head of the ulna                         

2) Styloid process of ulna

3) Articular Process of carpal
